When the owner called and asked if we would give him a chance to make it right, I admit we were skeptical, but we gave him another chance. He performed the exam on my husband himself, starting from the beginning. DJ really went above and beyond to make it right with us, giving my husband a new pair of glasses and adjusting my contact lens prescription to work more effectively.
